Outdoor Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Outdoor Sales Representative to manage and grow business within the HoReCa sector.
This is a field-based sales role focused on relationship building, account management, and new business development within the hospitality trade.

What You'll be Doing

• Manage and grow relationships with existing HoReCa customers
• Visit hotels, restaurants, bars, and catering establishments on a regular basis
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory
• Achieve agreed sales targets and performance objectives
• Support and execute in-outlet promotions, activations, and trade marketing initiatives
• Assist customers with events, launches, and promotional activities
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and sales activity
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the hospitality sector
• Continuously improve performance through training and feedback

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a sales role, ideally within FMCG 
• Strong ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
• Target-driven with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales objectives
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a field-based territory
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Valid driving license is essential

The remuneration package is inclusive of gross basic + commission.
