AIMS International Malta is proud to partner with a well-established Business Advisory firm, renowned for its diverse operations across multiple industries. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking to appoint a dynamic and motivated Client Solutions Advisor - Sales Team.

As a Client Solutions Advisor within the Sales Team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client's client base and representing the value and expertise that our client's firm delivers.

Responsibilities:

  • Crafting and delivering compelling proposals and presentations tailored to each prospective client.
  • Drive the sales process to closure and confirming client commitment.
  • Harness the expertise within the firm to guarantee smooth, efficient, and high quality service delivery.
  • Contributing directly to business growth while unlocking opportunities to increase your own earning potential.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years in sales or account management, preferably in professional services or consultancy.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Important personal skills and attributes:
  • An exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Analytical, organised, and attentive to detail.
  • Skilled in negotiation, with confidence in closing deals.
  • Able to balance multiple accounts, prioritise effectively, and work independently.
  • Ambitious, self driven, and motivated by performance.

Total Compensation: €60,000 - €70,000 OTE (Base Pay €30,000 - €35,000 + KPIs)
