APCOPAY Systems Limited is currently seeking to recruit a Merchant Services Executive to join their team on a full-time basis.

About the Company:
The Company APCOPAY is a payment service platform that has been supporting merchants since 2004, with a wealth of knowledge that can benefit e-commerce businesses.
The Company provides tools to accept payments globally and strives to simplify typical growth-hindering challenges.
APCOPAY offers an eCommerce payments aggregator with over 40 acquiring banks and 240+ payment options, processing 100 currencies for over 1200 merchants in 25 countries.
The Company supports a range of payment methods, including credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
APCOPAY has a market-leading presence and clients in various industries. Our mission is to create better ways to transfer payments digitally, navigating complex fraud, compliance requirements, and lack of infrastructure to ensure utmost security and compliance at all stages.

Job Role:
The chosen candidate will be within the company’s Operational team.
APCOPAY is an international company with expanding teams in Malta and Greece and forms part of Harvest Technology plc. The Position Based in Malta and reporting to the Head of Business Operations, the Merchant Services Executive acts as the customer’s first point of contact for online eCommerce merchants and will be responsible for driving the onboarding process with banks and payment options by coordinating the collection and review of documents.

The Merchant Services Executive must perform multiple functions effectively and simultaneously. Duties may vary slightly; however, core responsibilities include answering inbound requests through various channels (E-mail, Phone, Chat, Ticketing System) in a timely and friendly.

The Requirements:

  • The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluency in the English language is a must, and knowledge of other languages is advantageous
  • Ideal candidates would possess experience in the client boarding process.
