Merchandiser (Full-Time OR Part-Time Mornings) – Gozo

We are seeking a Merchandiser to join our Sales team in Gozo, on a full-time or part-time (mornings) basis. This role involves ensuring our brands are effectively displayed and readily available across retail outlets. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring proper stocking, pricing, display of products, including tidiness and cleanliness of shelving and products, across various retail outlets.
• Maintaining product availability, rotating stock, and promoting special offers.
• Building strong relationships with store staff and key retail stakeholders.
• Setting up and arranging eye-catching product displays.
• Collecting customer and consumer feedback for sales analysis.
• Coordinating with Sales Representatives for stock ordering.
• Adhering to merchandising guidelines and brand integrity standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Own transport and a clean driving licence.
• Outgoing and pleasant personality with a strong sales acumen.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Fluency in Maltese and English.
