Pharma.MT Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Medical and Sales Representative to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role: 
At Pharma.MT, we’re all about delivering excellence in everything we do.  As the company grows and expands its range of products, we're looking for a motivated and ambitious Medical and Sales Representative. As a part of the Medical Representative team, you will be responsible for creating and enhancing relationships with Medical Professionals and pharmacists with the aim of expanding the market's knowledge of the product. In this role, you’ll work effectively to service, enhance and build relationships with current and prospective customers. Focused on achieving results, you’ll provide professional product information and advice to our Professional Customers. 

Within this role you will be responsible to:

  • Develop Pharma.MT Brands with healthcare professionals and pharmacies
  • Develop campaigns and execute marketing strategies to ensure the growth of the brands
  • Proactively look for opportunities to expand the sales network
  • Engage with users to ensure effective use of products and a healthy lifestyle
  • Monitor competitor activity
  • Present and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective clients
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships 
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Be available to support clients as needed
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potentiality for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback. 

As a Medical and Sales Representative ideally, you shall:
  • Be in possession of a Science Degree in a field related to Pharma or a business degree
  • Have a keen interest in Pharma and alternative medicine
  • Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Be highly motivated and target driven
  • Have excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Be conversant with prioritising, time management, and organizational skills
  • Have a can-do attitude
  • Have a natural flair for relationship management
  • Be open to feedback and eager to learn
  • Have a good understanding of commercial dealing
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and offer exceptional customer service on all customer-related queries
  • Be in possession of a clean and valid Driving License
  • Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage
  • Full Product training will be provided.

*An attractive salary package commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered to the right candidate.
