We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to join our sales team as a Junior Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the sales team in achieving their targets and driving revenue growth for the company. You will work closely with the head of sales and marketing and receive training and guidance to develop your skills and knowledge in sales. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to kickstart their career in sales and is eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Assist customers with enquiries, orders, and returns in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes to potential clients
- Actively promote and sell products to customers through various channels, such as phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers and address any concerns or questions
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates
- Assist the senior sales executives in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Conduct market research and gather information on potential clients and competitors
- Participate in sales meetings and presentations to learn about the sales process and techniques
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

- Passionate for sales and able to work under pressure
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
- Knowledge in written and spoken Maltese language
