Melita Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Business Sales Executive to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:
We are currently seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as Business Sales Executives. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are self-driven, energetic, hungry to grow, and have a strong passion for sales. No prior experience is necessary as we will provide comprehensive training and mentorship to help you succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients within the designated market segment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-ups
  • Conduct sales presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our products and services
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and achieve sales targets
  • Continuously expand product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends
  • Utilize CRM software to manage leads and track sales activities
  • Work towards individual and team sales goals.

Requirements: 
  • High energy levels with a strong drive to succeed in a sales-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve results
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with sales tools are a plus.
