Brand Store Retail Assistant

Job Description
The Brewhouse Co. Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Brand Store Retail Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. 

Job Role: 
The Retail Assistant is responsible for identifying the needs of customers, making suitable recommendations and serving customers, and processing sales transactions with the aim of increasing sales in the store.  The retail assistant will ensure that the stores and shelves are properly stocked and maintained according to established procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving, unpacking, and organising new stock from suppliers and vendors
• Restocking depleted or low stores items and ensuring that stores are well-kept according to established guidelines and visual merchandising standards
• Accurately describe product features and benefits
• Welcoming customers to the Stores and assisting customers in locating desired items
• Informing customers of any promotions to encourage purchases
• Performing regular price audits to identify and correct price discrepancies
• Performing end-of-day upkeep duties as planned by the Retail Marketing Executive or stores supervisor
• Addressing and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
• Processing customer payments using the shop’s Point of Sale (POS) system
• Process refunds or exchanges according to company procedures
• Follow all company procedures and procedures for end-of-day store closure.

Requirements:

• Retail and/or Sales Experience
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Adaptable to change and rostering on a 7-day shift system
• Strong relationship skills and problem-solving skills
• Proactive and positive approach
• Excellent communication skills - English is a requirement
• Teamwork.
