Role Overview
In collaboration with Heroix, the Client is looking for a confident and engaging Brand Ambassador to represent its offering in busy, high-traffic public areas and designated promotional stands. This role centres on initiating conversations with tourists and members of the public, communicating the concept in a compelling way, and converting interest into confirmed sales or bookings. It is a highly target-oriented position where personal performance directly influences earnings through a commission-based structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Booth Presence: Represent the brand at assigned outdoor or public-facing promotional locations, ensuring a consistent and approachable presence throughout shifts.
  • Customer Engagement: Proactively interact with pedestrians and visitors, initiating friendly conversations and building immediate rapport in busy environments.
  • Product Presentation: Clearly and confidently communicate the offering, highlighting its value, experience, and unique selling points to potential customers.
  • Promotional Distribution: Circulate marketing materials such as flyers and brochures to increase awareness and attract interest in the service or product.
  • Sales Conversion & Lead Capture: Convert interest into confirmed sales or bookings using effective closing techniques, while also gathering contact details for future follow-up where relevant.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

  • Education: No specific academic qualifications are required; relevant practical experience is valued.
  • Experience: Previous exposure to sales, promotions, hospitality, tourism, or customer-facing environments is considered advantageous.
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of English is essential. Additional languages are beneficial due to the international tourist audience.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication with the ability to explain concepts clearly, confidently, and persuasively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Naturally outgoing, approachable, and able to connect quickly with diverse individuals in busy public settings.
  • Technical Skills: Basic ability to report daily activity and record customer interactions or leads as required.
  • Organisation: Able to manage materials, maintain booth presentation, and remain structured throughout the working day.
  • Self-Motivated: Driven by targets and commission opportunities, with a proactive approach to initiating engagement.
  • Problem-Solving: Able to adapt communication style depending on audience response and handle objections effectively.
