Bathroom & Tiles Sales & Design Consultant

JoinwellFXB is expanding following the opening of its new state-of-the-art showroom and is looking for an ambitious and passionate Bathroom & Tiles Sales & Design Consultant to join its growing sales team.

This role is ideal for someone with a flair for interior design, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for helping clients create beautiful bathroom and flooring solutions.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Welcoming showroom clients and identifying their needs, style preferences, and budget.
• Providing professional design advice and tailored product recommendations.
• Assisting clients with the selection of sanitary ware, bathroom furniture, accessories, tiles, and complete flooring and bathroom solutions.
• Demonstrating in-depth product knowledge across various brands, materials, and finishes.
• Preparing accurate quotations and following up on enquiries to convert them into sales.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Ensuring the showroom is presented to the highest standards at all times.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in the sale and design of bathrooms, sanitary ware, tiles, or related products (preferred).
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to create practical and aesthetically pleasing design solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Maltese and/or Italian will be considered an asset.
• A proactive attitude, a professional appearance, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
