Michael Debono Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a B2C Sales Executive (Used Cars) to join their team on a full-time basis.

Overview:
The B2C Sales Executive will be mainly responsible for reaching the sales target of vehicles (used cars) whilst ensuring the customer experience is beyond satisfactory.

The Position:

  • Responsible for the sales of used vehicles and achievement of target
  • Anticipates the needs of the client through probing and fair categorization by client personas
  • Preparation of quotes according to the model, budget, lifestyle, spoken and hidden needs
  • Follow up on leads and quotes
  • Preparation of vehicle orders
  • Updating pipeline and all sales activities in the database
  • Responsible for gathering all documentation to finalize the sale
  • Responsible for collecting deposits and hand-over to finance
  • Ensuring that paperwork is complete before delivery of the vehicle 
  • Liaises with PDI to explain the preparation requirements of the vehicle 
  • Coordinates with a workshop to fit accessories, if any
  • Assesses vehicle before delivering to clients
  • Calls clients to organize appointment when the car is ready for pick up
  • Hand over cars in a professional manner, explaining the features to the client 
  • Actively participating in sales meetings 
  • Proposing recommendations to senior management on improving customer experience processes 
  • Identifying consumer trends and market demand to support the procurement of vehicles
  • Keeping oneself informed about competition and schemes
  • Adhering to all processes and procedures
  • Liaising with all departments to fulfil customer’s expectations 
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by one’s superior.

The Requirements:

  • Familiar with Microsoft desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • A clean police conduct
  • Good knowledge of Internal IT system
  • In-depth technical Knowledge of the products 
  • Knowledge of the industry and how a dealership works
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in a sales-oriented environment B2C.
