Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing wholesale distribution channels and driving business growth in the IT products sector. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with the resellers, expanding the network, and achieving sales targets. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in an active, customer-facing environment and prefer minimal desk time. You will be responsible for visiting resellers, building relationships, and driving sales of our products. Wholesale Distribution Management:
• Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with resellers for IT products.
• Develop pricing strategies, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely product
• Monitor inventory, analyse sales data, and provide forecasts to ensure optimal
stock levels.

.Business Development:
• Identify new business opportunities and potential reseller partners in the IT products sector.
• Generating Leads and approaching clients
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive.
• Negotiate sales proposals, terms of agreements and closing sales.

Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing resellers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Visit clients and understand their requirement whilst promoting theCompany’s goods.
• Provide regular updates, training, and support to resellers to maximize their sales potential.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to address reseller needs and enhance product offerings.

Sales and Performance Tracking:
• Set ambitious sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate sales results and strategies to senior management.

Industry Knowledge:
• Stay updated on industry trends, new product releases, and technological advancements in the IT products sector.

The successful candidate will form part of the team and would be expected to maintain a good relationship with the Company’s customers, take a general interest in the operations of the Company as well as ensure that the company’s service offering is of the highest quality.

Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role within the B2B Sales area, preferably in the IT products industry.
  • Knowledge of IT products and their market dynamics is considered and asset, however not necessary.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with resellers.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
