YOT (Your Onboard Technologies) seeks a highly motivated and results-driven Sales/Account Manager. Interested candidates must be already residing in Malta.

The ideal candidate must possess a comprehensive understanding of our IT products and services, ensuring a seamless fit with our client's requirements. YOT proudly represents industry-leading brands such as Cisco, HP, and Microsoft, and the chosen individual will be responsible for effectively selling hardware, licenses, and cloud solutions to businesses.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales
  • Previous success in a similar role
  • Basic knowledge of IT with knowledge of our product offerings.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, fostering enduring relationships through effective communication via email, phone, online presentations, and face-to-face meetings
  • Prioritise exceptional customer service and operational excellence to drive client retention and satisfaction
  • Utilize CRM and sales tools to optimize efficiency and maintain visibility, ensuring timely follow-up on quotes and deliverables to closure
  • Drive the expansion of the existing client portfolio and analyze client needs by collaborating with the technical team to recommend suitable solutions
  • Forecast sales performance trends to align company sales strategies effectively
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Adhere to established company processes and workflows, proactively identifying areas for improvement to enhance sales goal attainment and service levels
  • Continuously update job knowledge through educational opportunities, professional publications and manufacturers' training and certification schemes
  • Attend weekly sales status meetings and report to the Business Development Directors ongoing daily metrics including email, call, quote, and invoice count. 


Key Attributes:

  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous
  • Proficiency in active listening, interpersonal interactions, and telephone communication
  • Extremely comfortable with proactive outreach via cold calls and email
  • Confidence in selling and upselling YOT's IT equipment and digital solutions
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest technology trends and products
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and challenges
  • Enthusiasm for a fast-paced, high-growth environment driven by demanding sales metrics.
