B2B Acquisition Specialist

Our client who operates within the telecommunications industry is looking to employ a Business-to-Business Acquisition Specialist to join their growing team and develop their customer database. Your responsibilities include: 

  • Forging new relationships through outbound calls to pass on the company's value proposition
  • Introducing new clients for the company's business services
  • Establishing and building rapport with key decisions makers to close deals
  • Scheduling, attending and leading meetings
  • Following-up on leads 
  • Willing to learn the industry and help the company in maintaining and grow their market share
  • Attending marketing driven initiatives and other events to form leads and create connections

Working hours are from Monday to Friday 08:00hrs - 17:00hrs


Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Must have clear written and verbal English and Maltese communication skills
  • Motivated, must be willing to learn, persuasive and confident
  • Social media savvy (LinkedIn) and ability to perform tasks in Google Docs and MS Office Suite
Education & Experience
  • Business and/or sales experience
  • Strong telephone skills
  • Proven experience working with high targets and volumes
  • Candidates with a call centre experience in a sales environment will be given preference
  • High Commissions
