Amusnet Gaming Limited in Malta is currently looking for a B2B Account Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.
Main responsibilities:
Operate as a point of contact for the assigned customers
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts
Make sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely manner
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Take care of compliance inquiries and assist in document requests
Forecast and track client account metrics
In-depth knowledge of the product portfolio
Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients
Ability to travel for meetings with clients, industry-related shows, and conferences
Contribute to the design and implementation of promotional initiatives
Prepare reports on account status.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience in the online gambling industry
Proven work experience as an account manager or other relevant experience
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Fluent English both written and spoken
Good computer skills - Microsoft Office
Attention to detail
Result-oriented and self-driven personality
Technical knowledge is a plus
Be a team player and dedicated to delivering great results
Based in Malta.
