Risk Analyst

Aristocrat Interactive is looking for a dynamic and motivated Risk Analyst. What You'll Do - Monitor, detect, prevent, and address fraud across all Aspire Global Networks white labels and brands including but not limited to card fraud, bonus abuse, affiliate fraud, compromised accounts… 

• Promotions Risk analysis 

• Review daily, weekly, and monthly reports to detect suspicious patterns and fraud rings 

• Set up new Risk reports, alerts, and rules 

• Support and be a point of contact for the rest of the department or the rest of the company for any Risk matter. 

• Investigate accounts, activity or documents escalated by the rest of the department. 

• Improve cooperation in the business and spread Risk awareness 

• Gameplay checks 

• Chargeback management (recording, analysis, preventive measures and representments) 

• Following compliance guidance, liaise with 3rd parties and answer external requests (banks, police authorities, payment providers, game providers...etc) 

• Document fraud cases, investigations, and processes 

• Report to line management financial losses and recoveries 

• Any other task assigned by line management 

  What We're Looking For - 2 years of experience working within a Risk/Fraud team in the Igaming Industry 

• Knowledge of the different types of fraud that can take place in the Igaming Industry and the best practices to detect, address and mitigate them. 

• Understanding of the commercial approach as well as the balance between business 

needs and risk mitigation. 

• Tech savvy and proficient with MS Office, especially Excel. 

• Experience with project management tools or fraud prevention systems is an asset 

• Independent with the ability to work with minimum supervision 

• Flexible and organized with good time management Skills 

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills  

• Comfortable taking initiatives and making decisions within the agreed scope

• Hand-on attitude and positive mindset
