As a Responsible Gaming Governance Manager at Betsson Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the company’s Responsible Gaming (RG) strategy across multiple jurisdictions. This position involves developing and refining proactive monitoring and interaction procedures, maintaining clear RG policies, and continuously evaluating the effectiveness of RG initiatives. You'll collaborate with both internal teams and external partners, leveraging real-time data and prediction tools to enhance player protection. Additionally, you'll oversee the availability and functionality of RG tools across platforms, ensuring a safe and sustainable gaming environment for all user

 

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute proactive Responsible Gaming (RG) monitoring and interaction processes and procedures across numerous jurisdictions of Betsson Group.
• Document and maintain policies and procedures related to RG interaction framework – via Intranet and official RG Policies.
• Evaluate effectiveness of Group’s RG efforts and develop an improvement strategy.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in relation to RG reports (real time, daily etc.) and Prediction Tools (in-house and 3rd party) in order to further strengthen Group’s proactive RG efforts.
• Oversee and keep track of RG Tools available for players and staff on frontend and backend.

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Responsible Gaming in the iGaming Industry
  • Strong leadership skills and communication skills at a senior level.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make informed decisions on escalated cases
  • Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and workflow management systems.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
