Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Limited (TEVA) in Malta is looking to recruit a Quality Compliance Specialist to join their team on a full-time (flexible) basis and is based at our Luqa Offices.

The Position:
In this position, you will form part of the PTC Quality Compliance department and assist in the setup and maintenance of a quality system for the wholesale dealing and import licenses for a number of TEVA-owned trading entities. On a day-to-day basis, you will be expected to approve SKUs (stock-keeping units) in the ERP systems currently in use by the group (SAP) and carry out other quality functions such as:
  • Investigations of deviations, especially from GDP guidelines such as temperature excursions during transportation
  • Monitoring of KPIs
  • Preparation and review of Standard Operating Procedures
  • Documentation review for batch importation and certification
  • Qualification of Vendors and Customers
  • Validation and Setup of Supply Chains
  • Release of Serialisation data and investigation of alerts
  • Providing support to the Qualified Person/Responsible Person.

The Applicant:
  • The ideal applicant should be in possession of a tertiary level of education (in a Science area), however, applicants with an Advanced Level standard of education coupled with the necessary experience will also be considered
  • A minimum of 2 years’ previous experience within a quality environment and sound knowledge of GMP/GDP are desired for this position. However, full training will be provided
  • The applicant needs to be able to work in a team environment, in possession of good communication and interpersonal skills, willing to travel as required and be computer literate in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in the use of ERP systems will be considered an asset.
