QA Analyst

The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for ensuring that dairproducts are according to quality standards and that the company’s Food Safety Management System is adhered to.

Responsibilities

• Handling quality functions related to milk purchase, processing, and filling.
• Ensuring cleaning and hygiene SOPs related to all the above are followed.
• To perform various laboratory tests.
• Carrying out quality control and laboratory duties as directed by the QA Manager.
• Generating appropriate records for all work involved.
• Collaborating and coordinating with other departments.

Skills & Experience

• Must have Level 4 (‘A’ level) or Level 5 (Diploma) standard of education in a related subject, ideally chemistry.
• Key understanding on fundamental chemical/biological principles.
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar role.
• Written and verbal communication skills in English and Maltese languages.
• Computer literacy using Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driving licence.
