Reporting to the Head of Process and Applications, the RA&PS Associate is responsible for the Product/Code management in AX. The role also supports regulatory compliance of product formulas, labels and communications and the maintenance of the compliance list in AX. The role is interacting across departments.

Regarding the design, validation, deployment of the Bill of Material (BOM)in ERP the role is functionally reporting to the Process Technology Specialist.

 

Key Accountabilities

ERP & PLM Management

  • Administration of relevant master data in ERP for the Industrialization of products in line with project brief and other supporting documents
  • Translating the recipe delivered from R&D into an operations executable processing instruction through the ERP system.
  • Contribute to ERP process improvements, support to ERP projects.
  • Continuous AX/item code maintenance

Regulatory:

  • Support the verification process for regulatory compliance of all FCP products in terms of ingredients, formulations, labelling information and claims.
  • Maintenance of the product compliance list in AX.
  • Support the product registration process.
  • Able to modify practices and procedures and determine own priorities.

 

Ideal Candidate Profile

 

Education Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in food science or equivalent (MS preferred)

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in consumer goods or pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment or regulatory experience preferred.

 

Technical Skills

  • ERP (AX) knowledge on Bill/BOM Structures
  • Knowledge and understanding of global labelling regulations and documentation requirements.
  • Good understanding of databases and advanced Excel skills
  • Knowledge in Food Processing / Science preferred.
