Production/Documentation Officer (1 year Definite Contract)

Our client who specializes in the pharmaceutical industry is looking for a Production/Documentation Officer . Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

• Manage, write, edit, and improve documentation such as Batch Manufacturing Records, Packaging Records, SOPs, Proformas, Logbooks and various other production-related documentation
• Handling the Production aspects of packaging launches
• ​Support manufacturing operations in alignment with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in the planning of the manufacturing schedule
• Support in training to the production personnel
• Evaluate scientific data resulting from the department’s operations
• Be involved in the investigation of deviations and root cause analysis where applicable

• Ideally have experience working in a production/GMP environment but not strictly a requirement.
• Results-oriented and will display an attitude that reflects our Company values
• Motivated and have excellent attention to detail
• Able to work both independently and in a team environment

• University Degree in Chemistry/Pharmaceutical Science (other Science subjects can also be considered).
