Quality & Compliance Manager (Aviation)

Our client, a global aviation company is recruiting for a Quality and Compliance Manager to join their growing team. Reporting to the Accountable Manager, your duties will include; 

• Establish and uphold a quality framework as outlined in the Manual of Operations and Engineering (MOE).
• Conduct quality assessments to monitor adherence to EASA Part-145 regulations and other pertinent standards, ensuring maintenance procedures maintain aircraft airworthiness and comply with required aircraft and component standards.
• Grant certification authorizations to qualified personnel.
• Notify the Technical Director and ultimately the Accountable Manager of any deviations from standards to ensure prompt corrective measures.
• Maintain the MOE and safeguard records of certifying staff.
• The Compliance Manager holds direct access to report quality concerns to the Accountable Manager.
• Additionally, the Compliance Manager serves as a confidential consultant to the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).

• Five years’ relevant work experience of which at least two years should be from the aeronautical industry in an appropriate position.
• Good knowledge of EASA rules and regulations, Part-145 and Part-M.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Good knowledge and experience in operating computer software programs and handling computer data and information

• Hold maintenance technician license Part 66
