Quality Assurance Specialist (Pharmaceutical)

Our client specializing in the pharmaceutical industry is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist. Your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Updating QA documentation and maintaining quality logs and document registers
- Performing training sessions on GMP and quality for company personnel
- Reviewing and distribution of product approval package and printed packaging material artwork
- Reviewing of item master in ERP software
- Verifying and maintaining suppliers/customer certifications
- Reviewing CAPAs to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
- Reviewing internal change requests to ensure compliance
- Liaising with other department on assigned validation exercises
- Reviewing of protocols and reports
- Participating in Audits and third-party API and finished dosage manufacturing sites
- Assisting the QA/RA with regulatory and customer audits
- Possess good problem solving skills
- Previous experience within a regulated industry
- Excellent command of English and MS Office Suite
- Degree in Chemistry or Applied Science will be given preference
- Minimum of 2 years experience in pharmaceutical or other regulated industry
- Previous experience in pharmacovigilance will be considered an asset, although not mandatory
