Quality Assurance Officer

• To review batch manufacturing documentation in accordance with company procedures prior to QP release
• To retain and archive quality documentation in line with company policies and procedures
• Liaising with corporate Torrent to ensure that any issues encountered during batch documentation prior to QP release
• Reviewing transit temperature monitoring records for batches and samples received and dispatched following the release
• Ensuring that all company procedures and documentation are up-to-date and within their expiry date
• Updating and maintaining SOPs in line with company policies and EU cGMP
• Assisting the Head of Quality/QP and/or Quality Assurance Manager in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of the Quality Management System
• Assisting in the compilation of quality documentation in preparation for quality reviews
• Preparing yearly Product Quality Reviews as required
• Carrying out other Quality Assurance related duties as may be required.

Requirements:

• Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in relevant scientific field.
