Quality Assurance Administrative Support

JOB DESCRIPTION: QUALITY ASSURANCE ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

REPORTS TO: HEAD OF QUALITY

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handling of food supplement registration for new products/change in information of current stock which requires re-notification with MCCAA
• Updating artwork for food supplements when required
• Co-ordination with a company outsourced for translations of documents in a foreign language
• Preparation of new PILs/PIL updates
• Reviewing PILs to be used for relabelling
• Submission of 126(a)/variations/BSRs via the CESP portal
• Initiating QMS documents for processes such as change controls for new recruits, complaints forms etc
• Organising of training sessions pertaining to GMP/GDP/PV and SOPs for new recruits
• Preparation of application forms for import permits (DDAs)
• Handling of Cleaning and Maintenance documents
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel for pest control forms to be completed and filed monthly.
• Update QA calendars with annual tasks such as –when SOP revisions are due, when supplier/wholesale client licences are due for re-qualification when TAs are due to expire when re-qualification of an outsourced activity is due
• Assistance with scanning and filing of documents
• Data management on ERP Systems

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in the English language
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Have an eye for detail and a quality-oriented perspective
