EU QA Coordinator (Hybrid)

We are looking for an EU QA Coordinator to support the Head of EU QA/RA/PV in running of day-to-day tasks and supporting in the harmonization of EU processes within the company's subsidiaries.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate responses required for the efficient functioning of the EU Subsidiaries
• Support the Head of EU QA/RA/PV in QA budget preparation.
• Support the Head of EU QA/RA/PV in the execution of the business plan for the company and timely and periodic reporting of the performance to the group’s Global and Regional HQ.
• Support the follow-up of strategic changes within the QMS of Malta Office and coordinate external feedback as necessary.
• Liaise with the 3 subsidiaries on proposed changes within the Malta Office
• Support in the generation of Corporate Policy Statements
• Represent the company during audits for clients, certifications, and regulatory authorities inspections or whenever necessary
• Support the EU Contact point in troubleshooting matters relating to business continuity such as but not exclusive to:
  • Follow up in the implementation of CAPA and CRF of relevance.
  • Follow up on escalated QTAs, PQCs, PQRs queries.
  • Support in escalated queries for data/documentation requests between all subsidiaries

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemistry or Applied Science will be given preference
• Previous experience within a regulated industry 
• Good planning and organization skills
• Excellent verbal and written English
