Site Architect

Job Description
Our Client is an established organization and highly regarded organization offering integrated design and delivery services on specialist projects throughout Malta and beyond. Due to the expansion of their business, a Site Architect is now required to act as a prime appointment within the Delivery Services Team.

Applicants will:

• Have the ability to communicate effectively between an integrated design team and site
• Ensure projects are built according to design
• Have an excellent understanding of site health & safety and be conscientious in upholding this on sites
• Oversee all contractors and ensure projects are built in accordance with the design
• Understand how high-end projects are designed, built, finished, and furnished through to completion
• Be pro-active in ensuring quality
• Understand the value of integrated design and understand how all components go together to create buildings and interiors
• Be solution focussed and have the capability to make things work
• Have the confidence to confront situations, reverting to the design team if required
• Be an excellent communicator
• Possess approximately 8-10 years of experience in the design and/or delivery of projects
• Be capable of reading detailed drawings and navigating contract documentation
• Have good material knowledge

Requirements: 

• This primarily will be overseeing several sites of different stages at any given time. Applicants must therefore be highly organised.
• Fluent Maltese and English language skills will be essential.
