Senior Projects Executive (EU)

A well-established corporate service provider is looking to recruit a full-time results-oriented and energetic Senior Projects Executive to work within their EU Advisory team. Main duties and responsibilities will include:

• Managing and coordinating the implementation of projects, including EU-funded projects
• Preparation of responses to calls for tenders and requests for quotations
• Provide procurement services to clients for EU and nationally funded projects
• Drafting of project applications for EU and Nationally funded programs/measures
• Carry out evaluation and research work as necessary and report writing
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients ranging from public and private entities, as well as voluntary organizations
• Handling day-to-day duties required for the smooth running of the department

• Candidates must already be residing & living in Malta
• Excellent communicator with excellent report writing skills
• Excellent organisational, leadership and project management skills
• Focused and attentive to detail
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize

• As minimum, an Honours degree or an equivalent qualification at MQF Level 6 in EU Studies; Business Administration; Public Administration, or other related fields
• Proven experience in managing projects, including EU/Nationally funded-projects is a must
• Prior experience or exposure to tendering is highly desired
