Projects Executive (Technical)

Our client, a leader within the Home Finishing industry, is seeking tor recruit an Installation Projects Executive to support with the operational aspect. The duties include;

• Managing multiple projects to ensure smooth operation from start to completion; by mapping out project deliverables, planning and delegating work to resources, and monitoring the progress
• Leading the installation team and their installation and delivery schedules
• Ensuring that projects are complete in a timely manner, having quality levels that meet the desired standard
• Handling client liaison on a daily basis, including site visits to ensure an excellent customer journey, as well as overlooking and resolving any complaints
• Overlooking the logistics, communicating with suppliers, chasing and planning delivery times, collection of material, and anything in relation
• Managing subcontractor appointments and agreements, ensuring that these are up to date, and all jobs are closed effectively
• Ensure Health and Safety practices in accordance to legislation and as directed by the company and that all equipment is regularly serviced
