Project Manager
Unec Equipment (UNEC) Co Ltd is looking to recruit a Project Manager to join its team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scopes, material required, objectives, and deliverables
- Developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Submissions of tenders and preparation of necessary documentation
- Monitoring project budgets and expenses, tracking variances, and making necessary adjustments
- Maintaining open and transparent communication with all project stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and technical specifications
- Visiting and monitoring project progress on sites.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management, ideally in a similar industry
- A relevant qualification in mechanical/civil engineering and/or equivalent
- Ability to work effectively in a team, including the ability to respond to the needs of team members and provide them with assistance as and when required
- Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing in Maltese and English.
