ST Projects Ltd by Stivala Group in Malta is currently seeking to recruit a skilled Project Finishings Foreman to lead high-quality finishing activities on our dynamic construction sites, on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all finishing activities on-site, ensuring quality and compliance
• Supervise subcontractors, tradesmen, and labourers to meet project deadlines
• Inspect work for quality assurance and manage corrections as needed
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and schedules to keep project timelines on track
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site.

Qualifications:

• Needs to be Maltese speaking
• Proven experience as a foreman in finishings or a similar construction role
• Strong understanding of finishings standards and attention to detail
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations.
