The successful candidate will coordinate Erasmus+ mobility programs, support international students throughout their placement experience, and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions and local companies.
Key responsibilities include arranging internships with Maltese host companies, managing Erasmus+ documentation and logistics, supporting students with accommodation and transfers, organizing introductory and closing meetings, and ensuring the overall quality of mobility experiences. The role also involves coordinating job shadowing and staff mobility activities, monitoring student progress, and assisting with accommodation management.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication and organizational skills, enjoys working in an international environment, and is able to manage multiple tasks independently. Knowledge of European languages such as Italian, French, German, or Spanish is considered an asset.
