Senior Project Manager (Building Services)

Our client, a Building Services Company are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager (Building Services) professional to oversee and manage building services projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of building services, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams effectively. Reporting to the Head of Department your responsibilities will include:

• Lead and manage building services projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and compliance with regulations.
• Monitor project progress and performance, implementing changes as necessary to achieve project goals.
• Conduct regular meetings with project teams to review progress, address challenges, and ensure effective communication.
• Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise impact on project timelines and budgets.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in building services, HVAC or a similar industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must hold an excellent level of written and verbal Maltese and English

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
