Job Description:
1. Supervising operations withing a facility to achieve higher output
2. Organizing training and educational manuals for the production team
3. Ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility
4. Organizing, monitoring and Prioritizing tasks to meet production goals
5. Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency
6. Maintaining communication between employees and senior executives to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood.
7. Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources
Job requirements:
1. Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment
2. IT skills, especially in MS office
3. Excellent organization, communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and strong work ethic
5. Ability to create and adhere to production processes
6. Ability to write reports legibly and accurately
7. At least 2 years experience in supervisory role
