Pottery Production Manager

Our client, operating in the Ceramic industry is looking for a Ceramic Production Manager. Reporting to the Managing Director your responsibilities will include: 

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of production.
• Monitor equipment functionality and schedule maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Track raw material stock levels and coordinate with suppliers and transporters for orders.
• Manage import and export shipments.
• Ensure quality control measures are implemented and maintained.
• Develop short-term and long-term production plans aligned with annual production goals.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 0800hrs - 1700hrs

• Excellent level of written and verbal English.
• Proven experience in Ceramics or Glass production.
• Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
