Our client, operating in the Ceramic industry is looking for a Ceramic Production Manager. Reporting to the Managing Director your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of production.
- Monitor equipment functionality and schedule maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Track raw material stock levels and coordinate with suppliers and transporters for orders.
- Manage import and export shipments.
- Ensure quality control measures are implemented and maintained.
- Develop short-term and long-term production plans aligned with annual production goals.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 0800hrs - 1700hrs
Skill-sets and Requirements- Excellent level of written and verbal English.
- Proven experience in Ceramics or Glass production.
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
