ESG Consultant

Our client, one of the largest Company Service Provider are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated professional to join their team as an ESG Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices and will be responsible for helping organisations develop and implement effective ESG strategies. Reporting to the Principal and Director, your responsibilities will include: 

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' current ESG practices and performance.
• Develop and implement tailored ESG strategies and frameworks to meet client objectives.
• Provide guidance on regulatory compliance and industry best practices related to ESG.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into business operations.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyse emerging ESG trends, regulations, and market developments.
• Facilitate training and workshops to enhance clients' understanding of ESG principles.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday - Office Hours

• Candidates must already be based in Malta, with preference given to those who have local experience in a similar role.
• Hold Excellent level of written and verbal English.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in ESG consulting, sustainability, or corporate social responsibility is required.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex data.
• Proven ability to collaborate in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
• ESG certification(s) would be preferred.
