Target Developments Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Project Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Summary:

The Project Manager will oversee and manage all phases of the Construction and Finishing Stages of each Project, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of construction processes and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, budgets, resources, and scope
  • Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost control measures are in place
  • Scheduling: Create and maintain project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure work meets industry standards and project specifications
  • Compliance: Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, contractors, and team members to keep everyone informed of project progress and issues
  • Change Management: Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring all adjustments are documented and communicated.

Qualifications:

  • Years of experience in construction Project management and Finishes Project Management
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
  • Strong understanding of Finishing Methods, Materials and Trends
  • Strong understanding of Plumbing and Electricity methods
  • Strong understanding of the execution of Good workmanship
  • Proficiency in Computer Skills
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Effective problem-solving abilities.
