Our client is looking for an Operations Manager to join their growing team. Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Providing inspired leadership for the organization and managing day-to-day priorities;
Making important policy, planning, and strategy decisions;
Developing, implementing, and reviewing operational policies and procedures;
Assisting HR with recruiting when necessary;
Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale;
Overseeing budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing;
Working with senior stakeholders;
Ensuring all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations;
Working with management to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals;
Identifying and addressing problems and opportunities for the company;
Supporting worker communication with the management team.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas, instructions, and expectations to staff, stakeholders, and superiors.
Proficiency in analyzing complex situations, identifying solutions, and making informed decisions that align with organizational goals.
Experience in a leadership or managerial capacity, showcasing the ability to guide and inspire teams, make decisions, and achieve goals.
Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks, delegate responsibilities, and meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
Ability to collaborate across departments, and build relationships with stakeholders.
Education and Experience
Excellent verbal and written communication in both Maltese and English.
Previous Contact/Call Centre experience is a must.
