Our client is looking for an Operations Manager to join their growing team. Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include: 

  • Providing inspired leadership for the organization and managing day-to-day priorities;
  • Making important policy, planning, and strategy decisions;
  • Developing, implementing, and reviewing operational policies and procedures;
  • Assisting HR with recruiting when necessary;
  • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale;
  • Overseeing budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing;
  • Working with senior stakeholders;
  • Ensuring all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations;
  • Working with management to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals;
  • Identifying and addressing problems and opportunities for the company;
  • Supporting worker communication with the management team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas, instructions, and expectations to staff, stakeholders, and superiors.
  • Proficiency in analyzing complex situations, identifying solutions, and making informed decisions that align with organizational goals.
  • Experience in a leadership or managerial capacity, showcasing the ability to guide and inspire teams, make decisions, and achieve goals.
  • Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks, delegate responsibilities, and meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments, and build relationships with stakeholders.
Education and Experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in both Maltese and English.
  • Previous Contact/Call Centre experience is a must.
