We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency, organisation, and overall operational effectiveness of our business. This multifaceted role requires an individual with a keen eye for streamlining processes, adept administrative skills, and a commitment to establishing and maintaining structured systems. The Operations Coordinator will be a key contributor to office management and will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of day-to-day operations

Process Optimisation:

  • Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement streamlined procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the adoption of optimized processes.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Assist in the creation, maintenance, and organization of documentation and records.
  • Coordinate and execute administrative tasks to contribute to overall office efficiency.

Structural Development:

  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of organizational structure.
  • Work closely with management to implement effective structural changes as required.
  • Monitor and assess the impact of structural adjustments on day-to-day operations.

Office Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintenance.
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-functioning work environment.
  • Act as a point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.

Management Systems:

  • Implement and manage effective systems for tracking and reporting on key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with IT and relevant stakeholders to integrate and optimize management systems.
  • Provide training and support to team members on utilizing management systems.
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
  • Proficient in office software and management tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and departments.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field is preferred.
Education & Experience
  • Proven experience in operations coordination or a related role.
  • Experience with Management Systems, Resource Planning & ERPs.
  • Flexibility.
  • 1-day a week working from home.
