Client & Services Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and organized Client & Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team at a temping and outsourcing company. The ideal candidate will act as the liaison between clients and staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery, prompt issue resolution, and excellent client satisfaction. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring our staffing solutions meet client needs efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Understand client staffing needs, preferences, and company culture
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
• Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Service Coordination:

• Coordinate the deployment of company staff based on client requirements
• Match client needs with suitable candidates from the database or sourcing pipeline
• Monitor service quality and staff performance at client sites
• Ensure smooth onboarding processes for temporary staff with clients
• Coordinate internally with Recruitment Coordinator, Human Resources and Accounts.

Scheduling and Logistics:

• Manage schedules, shifts, and assignments of staff
• Ensure timely replacement of staff in cases of absenteeism or change requests
• Maintain up-to-date records of client service requirements and staff allocations.

Administrative & Operational Support:

• Prepare and manage documentation including contracts, service agreements, timesheets, and reports
• Support payroll and invoicing processes by ensuring accurate tracking of hours worked
• Collaborate with recruitment and HR teams to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
