Marketing Manager

Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager. Your roles and responsibilities will include

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives and brand positioning
•  Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials
• Conceptualize, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness and traffic to our outlets and services
• Manage the marketing team and ensure the creation of compelling content and visuals
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and website management
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to optimize performance
• Coordinate marketing efforts to promote events hosted by the various brands
• Work closely with event organizers and internal teams to ensure effective promotion and audience engagement
•  Build and maintain positive relationships with media outlets and influencers
• Manage public relations activities, including press releases and media coverage
• Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation

• Proven experience in marketing
• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
• Experience in leading a team as well as being a hands-on leader
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Excellent communication in English and Maltese

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
