Marketing & Growth Coordinator (Part Time - Remote) 15-20 hours per week | Flexible hours

We're looking for an ambitious, organised and creative person to help grow a small international business.

Whether you're a recent graduate, studying marketing, or have a year or two of experience, this is an opportunity to take real ownership of marketing projects and develop your skills across digital marketing, content creation, business development and AI.

You'll work directly with the founder, helping to generate new business opportunities and shape how we market ourselves.

For the right person, this role has the potential to grow as the business expands.

• Supporting email marketing campaigns.
• Researching potential clients and new markets.
• Building and maintaining prospect lists.
• Managing our CRM.
• Preparing proposals and sales presentations.
• Using AI tools such as ChatGPT to create and improve marketing content.
• Researching new marketing ideas and helping us stand out from the competition.
• Supporting the day to day running of a growing international business.
• Creating engaging LinkedIn content

• Love writing and creating content.
• Enjoy learning new technology and AI tools.
• Have excellent written and spoken English.
• Are highly organised and proactive.
• Want responsibility rather than being micromanaged.
• Enjoy solving problems and bringing new ideas.
• Have experience with Canva, Squarespace and other marketing tools
• Experience is less important than attitude.
