Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate company events, including staff gatherings, team-building activities, and seasonal celebrations.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to enhance employee engagement through creative events and initiatives.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers for event planning and marketing requirements.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the company’s website and social media platforms.
  • Write and proofread marketing copy for online and print campaigns.
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and paid ads.
  • Produce web and social media content including articles and blog posts, as well as quick-fire announcements for job vacancies, company and product updates and enhancements.
  • Monitor and manage the company’s social media presence and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the sales and tech teams to produce high-quality content, presentations and reports.
  • Assist in the organisation of events, trade shows, product launches and online webinars, and follow up on customer feedback once the event has been completed.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing role (a mix of traditional and digital marketing experience is a plus).
  • An interest in technology is a must.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic use of Adobe Creative Suite necessary.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, SEO, and social media platforms will be considered an asset.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
