Marketing Executive

This is not a social media scheduling job. You'll be responsible for the full content and marketing function of the agency - from strategy to filming to editing to publishing. You'll work directly with the director and the team to create content that builds our brand, attracts talent, and generates client interest.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the content strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Film, edit, and produce video and photo content featuring the team and properties
• Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent posting
• Track content performance and adjust based on results
• Support agents with personal brand development
• Coordinate property marketing materials as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in content creation and social media management
• Comfortable behind and in front of a camera
• Strong editing skills - video and photo
• Self-starter who takes ownership without needing constant direction
• Marketing degree or relevant qualification preferred
• Real estate experience not required — we'll teach you the industry
