Design and Communications Executive

Our client, a local private sector is looking for a dynamic and creative Design and Communications Executive. Forming part of a team and reporting to the Engagement & Marketing Manager your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Lead and design the quarterly journal and other publications.
• Develop creative concepts and graphic materials for marketing campaigns.
• Manage design and implementation of electronic communications to members and stakeholders.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media and website content.
• Maintain and update the Institute’s website and social media platforms, including ad creation.
• Design print materials such as posters, leaflets, and letterheads using Adobe software.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners for content development.
• Support event coordination for seminars, conferences, and workshops.
• Identify marketing needs and contribute to the communication strategy.
• Design and distribute email communications.
• Suggest improvements for member and stakeholder engagement.
• Maintain organised communication and marketing records.
• Track and analyse website, social media, and communication performance.
• Handle other day-to-day marketing and communication tasks as required.

Working Hours: Winter Time: Monday - Friday : 08:00 - 17:00

Summer Time: Monday - Friday : 08:00 - 14:45

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of local experience in a similar role, experience within the financial industry would be considered an asset
• Hold an excellent level of written and verbal English
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
