Mercury Towers Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Marketing Executive to join their team on a full-time basis.

As part of the pre-opening team, the Marketing Executive plays a vital role in the development and implementation of the marketing and brand communications strategies which includes both Mercury Towers and the Melia portfolios. You will support the departmental function in general day-to-day coordination, while taking the lead on executing the digital strategy, including paid campaigns and reporting. You are a curious and versatile marketer who is eager to explore all functional areas of marketing and keep abreast of the entire portfolio.


  • Collaborate team members and external partners to coordinate marketing efforts across the entire portfolios of Mercury Towers
  • Support the CMO in day-to-day marketing activities, including project coordination, campaign scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Lead the planning, development and implementation of the digital marketing strategy
  • Create and manage digital campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, email marketing and display advertising
  • Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns and achieve marketing objectives
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms to ensure effective strategy execution
  • Conduct thorough research, select targeting options, and make recommendations in the way of compelling ad content to leverage campaign performance
  • Perform A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to continuously improve campaign performance
  • Utilize analytics tools and platforms to track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital campaigns
  • Monitor campaign budgets, adjust bidding strategies, and ensure optimal return on investment (ROI) while achieving desired marketing outcomes
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and other relevant metrics for stakeholders
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive informed marketing decisions and strategies
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in digital reporting and analytics
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing collateral, content creation, and promotional activities
  • Maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders including agencies, suppliers, tenants and others
  • Keep abreast with industry trends, particularly those in which Mercury Towers is present


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including search engines, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and analyse campaign performance
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn and explore different areas of marketing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across departments
  • Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with the hospitality, lifestyle, retail and entertainment industries.
