We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our client's team. As a Marketing Executive, you will have to make a fresh start right from the scratch, you will contribute to and develop integrated marketing campaigns to promote our client's products, services and employer branding, supporting the Board of Management.

Our client is a company focused on the construction and manufacture of building materials and is based in Naxxar, Malta.
Duties and Responsabilities:
- Administrate the social media of the group
- Optimising website
- Coordinating sponsorships and events
- Implementing employer branding strategies
- General marketing administration duties
- Collaborating with the management team to identify the core values their brand represents
- Conduct market research to gain insight into current customers and target customers
- Develop marketing strategy plans that connect the company's values and goals with the needs and interests of its target customers
- Perform research to learn about the public's current perspective toward the company and its reputation
- Establish goals to improve a brand's reputation and reach its key customers
- Grow and adapt the brand's identity to reflect changes to the company's values, customer preferences, and external social and economic conditions
- Analyse company key performance indicators to identify strengths and areas for improvement regarding marketing strategy.
Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar role
- Experience with social media platforms, and digital marketing
- Advanced knowledge of operating systems and Microsoft Office, Adobe, and InDesign
- Strong creative
- Good command of written and spoken Maltese and English
- Logical approach
- Problem-solving skills
- Planning and prioritising activities
- Attention to detail
- Patience
- Time management
- Ability to deal with clients.
Education:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 with one hour break.
