Marketing Assistant (Full-Time / Part-Time)

We are looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our growing property team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in digital marketing who enjoys creating content, generating leads, and supporting sales teams in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in increasing brand visibility and driving enquiries across our property portfolio.

The Role

As Marketing Assistant, you will support the day-to-day marketing activities of the business, with a strong focus on digital platforms and property listings.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and creating content for social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram

Posting and maintaining property listings across all platforms

Supporting basic paid advertising campaigns and boosted posts

Managing inbound leads and ensuring they are routed correctly to the team

Assisting with WhatsApp broadcasts and email marketing

Coordinating property photos, videos, and marketing materials

Monitoring engagement and reporting on basic performance metrics

Working closely with agents and management to support marketing campaigns

What We’re Looking For

Experience or strong interest in digital marketing, social media, or content creation

Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and online platforms

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Creative mindset with the ability to write clear, engaging content

Ability to multitask and work to deadlines

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Fluency in English; knowledge of Maltese or other languages is an asset
