Distribution Manager

Join Stellantis Insurance, the insurance arm of a global automotive leader, and play a pivotal role driving our distribution strategy across Europe. We’re looking for a dynamic Lead Distribution Manager to lead a high-performing team and accelerate profitable growth across multiple markets. You will report directly to the Head of Distribution and oversee a team of Distribution Managers.

As Lead Distribution Manager, you will translate our distribution strategy into action, optimize sales channels, and strengthen partnerships with automotive brands, brokers, and joint ventures. You will lead, coach, and empower your team to deliver commercial excellence and measurable business results.

Team Leadership & Performance

Lead and develop a team of Distribution Managers across multiple European territories.

Set objectives, monitor performance, and build a culture focused on results and growth.

Strategic Execution

Execute the company’s distribution strategy operationally within your perimeter.

Define budgets, forecasts, and action plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Perform monthly performance analysis and implement corrective actions.

Channel Optimization

Identify and improve underperforming sales channels and leverage high-potential ones.

Drive marketing and incentive programs to boost channel performance.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with Product Development, Digital Transformation, and Business Development teams to align distribution initiatives.

Relationship Management

Build strong, collaborative partnerships with external stakeholders, including automotive brands, distributors, brokers, and shareholders.

Capability Development

Ensure your team has the right tools, training, and resources for success.

Promote ongoing learning and skill-building within your team.

Minimum 7 years’ experience in insurance or automotive distribution, including at least 3 years in a leadership role

Proven success managing multi-country or regional distribution teams

Experience with automotive brands or financial services partners is highly desirable

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability

University degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field

Additional certifications in insurance, sales, or leadership a plus
