Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing various marketing strategies and campaigns. The ideal candidate will be passionate about learning more about AI, tech and finance and improving their marketing skills. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and innovative environment and to work closely with both our CEO and CMO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be assisting with a wide variety of projects from placing ads, launching our AI podcast and much more
  • Create and get involved in AI based projects that make the organisation more efficient and assist in our global growth
  • Participate in technology-driven financial service projects, assisting in the development and implementation of innovative solutions
  • Work with key stakeholders from various departments such as operations, marketing, wealth management, and more, gaining a holistic view of the business
  • Engage in training and mentorship programs designed to enhance your skills and knowledge in the financial services sector
  • Explore future career opportunities within the company’s global network of offices, positioning yourself for potential international roles.

Requirements:

  • Strong interest in the use of AI, and experience using basic AI tools to enhance your work
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to become familiar with financial software and tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, as well as independently
  • Flexible and open to learning new skills and concepts, with a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.

Location: Must be based in Malta.
